So, I went to the local Sports authority on July 4th to look at a stationary bike i really want... Normally, service at this store has been nothing but exceptional. Maybe since it was the holiday though, people were a little bitter to be there? I am not sure. Either way, my experience was not that great and my husband and i left very annoyed. A e-mailed their corporate facility and got a typical we are sorry someone will be contacting you reply. I really did not think that anyone else would ever contact us. But, an area manager actually did contact us and set everything straight. I really must rave about their customer service. And i will definitely continue to shop there.
The sports authority in particular is the new one on Ikea drive- I could not find their number or exact address.
