We used this company for our first home buying experience as well as for our refinance. Since it was our first experience we were not really sure what to expect. I am not sure if they are up to par with other companies, we did not seem to get much information about where they were in the process, what the next step is, etc. My impression was this company is geared more toward people with credit issues, so I do not think we would use them again. They also sold our mortgage right away both times so it was a little nerve wracking trying to figure out who we will be sending out payment to.
