SHELLY WAS AWESOME. I HAD AN EMERGENCY SITUATION FOR WHICH I CALLED TO MAKE THE APPT. THEY FIT ME IN TO COME IN WITHIN TWENTY MINUTES OF THE CALL. AS THEY WROTE IT UP, THEY ARRANGED FOR A RENTAL AND HAD ME ON MY WAY WITHIN FIFTEEN MINUTES SO AND MADE MY COURT APPEARANCE ON A TIMELY BASIS. THE SERVICE ADVISOR WAS GREAT more

Consider this a Happy Customer 3/25/2011

My overall experience was beyond my expectation as I stated earlier. I've been to a BMW location prior coming to Shelly and needless to say your guys customer services is far superior than my experience at the other dealership. I was hesitant when I first arrived because of my experience at the other dealership but when Jesse greeted us those assumption went out the door. Jesse was beyond friendly and went beyond his duties to make my parents and I feel comfortable. He made my time there really good and didn?t ONCE feel pressure from him in getting a car. I have already referred some of my friends to Shelly and will do so going forward. Consider this a Happy Customer! more
