This is a great hotel for the price. The rooms are clean, the staff is somewhat friendly, the cleaning crew is really friendly, and the place is quiet. Our room was a 2 queens with a micro-fridge.

We stayed at the Portola Inn when we were visiting Knott's Berry Farm. The hotel was conveniently located and offered great rooms for the price. We even had a coffeemaker in the room! Great experience and will comeback whenever in the area!!!

This is another property that is good for those planning a trip to Disneyland. It's in a good area, and a 15 minute drive away from the sights. It's clean, good for families, and the room size is okay but not what I'd call spacious. The staff here was really nice and helpful.

My family and I recently stayed here on a trip to Knott's Berry Farm. We booked the room through Priceline for $59 per night plus tax. The hotel lobby was very nice - it was decorated beautifully for Christmas. They had a lounge with a pianist and it was great. The rooms were clean and looked recently updated. The hotel was nice and quiet. The staff was courteous.
One of the great things is that kids eat free. We ate in the hotel restaurant for breakfast and the food was really good. With the kids eating free, it cost us less than taking everybody to McDonald's for breakfast and the food was MUCH better,

I do not recommend this motel at all, Iit is very tacky! It looks really ugly from the outside. The rooms don't look clean and you can even smell a weird odor. They have plenty of private parking for the motel guests. I wouldn't come here even if it was for free.
