I have had my mom in a couple of nursing facilities to recover from surgery or illness. This was the best of the lot. The food was decent & the care was good. She had very few complaints and I deem that is good considering the difficulty of caring for so many elderly. more

Shelby Nursing Center provides 24-hour care by experienced registered nurses, licensed professional nurses and certified nursing assistants. It provides progressive rehabilitation therapy including speech, language, physical and occupational therapies; dental, optical and podiatric services; therapeutic activity programs directed by recreational professionals; and activities including live entertainment and games. Amenities include a full-service beauty and barber salon, and a dining plaza with an ice cream parlor and snack shop. Shelby Nursing Center is located in Shelby Township, Mich.
