Growing up in Utica, USA tire was convienient. As I've gotten older and moved away, I still end up at USA for my tires! No matter how much shopping around I do, USA always beats any place around. For 20 years, I've trusted them with getting me a good set of used tires. Service is fast and friendly and knowledgable. Yep, I've got call 'em for another set today.

As usual, a huge huge store, but it is clean, bright and well run by a staff who is always around in case of a need to find something, or retrieve something off a high shelf. The seasonal variety of items is outstanding. The variety of everyday items is always exceptional.

I had my oil changed on August 12, 2005 at this location.. this was the first oil change in my new car (Chrysler 300C Hemi).. the wait was a little long but that isn't the fault of the company, it was just busy.. the staff was so-so on the friendly side, not too friendly but they were busy so I could understand that.. they told me that a special oil was recommended for the Hemi engine and I didn't know either way so I told them to go ahead.. the oil change ended up costing me $48.76 which to me was way too expensive.. I used to use another shop before I moved and decided to try this one.. but I think I will be going back to where I went before, this price was about double of what I paid in my old car, old location.. I understand the Hemi engine may have caused the price to go up a little bit, but a jump this high is too much for me to want to come back.. if you aren't concerned about the cost or if this cost if fine to you I would recommend this location but otherwise I would not.. you did get a free car wash which I thought was a nice gesture.
