A couple that we are friends with recently moved into this complex and although they are moderately satisfied, they say they can't wait for their lease to be up. All the ventilation seems to be interconnected, so whenever someone smokes in the building it filters into their apartment. The laundry room vents are closed from the outside also so it makes the building super hot in the summer. more

Run, don't walk 8/14/2005

I would not recommend an apartment at the Shadow Ridge apartment complex to anyone. A friend of mine lived there for a year, and got nothing but trouble and indifference from the office staff when she needed anything fixed. Her garage was at least two blocks away from her apartment, and although she was told she had an assigned parking stall in front of the building, it was always occupied by someone else. A day didn't go by without police cars roaming the grounds, which was rather disturbing. more
