Although your product may be one of the best in town the management (Owner as well as female manager & the constant ill mannered teens) could use a refresher course in common courtesy...if they've ever had one! My only vice is the instant lottery. Because I was raised on their pizza products and live nearby I have been going to Shaddocks for several years to purchase my instant tickets. That is until several weeks ago! I walked in to make my purchase I witnessed the female manager flipping the finger behind a display cart at the awaiting lottery customer in front of me and then greet her with a smile. I have always been one to frequent our local mom & pop shops but have had enough of their two-faced, higher than thou and lazy teen attitudes at Shaddocks. One more item before posting...To the owner/manager who I understand are a couple...a shower from time to time would cleanse the alcohol smell from your person!\r more

Worst management in the state 1/3/2009

Shaddock's has some of the best pizza and sandwiches, but when it comes to customer service or ownership I have never seen anything like this. The employees are rude, never smiling, and, my food is never ready on time, I always have to wait that is all I have to say. Pros: They put alot of cheese on there pizza. Cons: Service and management is awful. more

Shaddocks Pizza 5/12/2004

The Pizza is great, and it should be franchised out, the rest of the food is good to, the only downside about it is --- carry-out only, so if you want to try one of the best Pizza's in Ohio, just call before you leave work and pick it up on your way home, it is well worth the time to pick up, you get every bit of your moneys worth. Pros: Excellent Pizza, Great Prices, Great Side Items Cons: , small parking area more
