Talented little shop. Unfortunately shallow minded staff, heartless and gossiping so called 'friends' & 'christians'. Trust me as soon as you leave all they do is talk about you. Not all of the girls are like that but quite a few. All they want is your story so they can run it to the ground and to each ear that will listen.I have heard about more infidelities, welfare recipients, and back stabbing girlfriends while in this salon than ever. Not a very genuine place. more

I'm shopping for a gel nail salon in Springboro and found your salon but don't know if you do nails? You might consider setting up a website. It's easy'ish to do your self but if you don't want to or have time to tackle it, I've done several for businesses I own and am thinking of doing them for others. When I did one for Storage Guardsman our business increased 40% in 6 months. Let me know if you'd like to discuss doing a site & if you do gel nails. more

My stylist Ashley moved here from a different salon and i have been going to her for like 4 or 5 years so i followed her. She is by far my favorite person ever (: if you need someone to do your hair give her a call she is awesome! She has done everything to my hair. She did my hair and all my bridesmaids hair for my wedding and she has colored, cut, styled and I even let her wax my eyebrows which i don't let anyone do! I move here from Indiana, and look for 2 years to fine a hair stylist to do my hair, Kali is very good at what she does. It was such a pleasant experience, everyone was so nice and up beat, it was so nice and refreshing. And the Price was also good, So my first visit at Serenity was a good one. I found my Hair Salon. hello i have been going to serenity for a while now, and i was very surprised by the previous reviews. I love this salon, and all of the girls are great! i feel very welcome, and i have always been overly happy with my results. They are extremely reasonible with their prices. The care that i get is above and beyond. They ask if i want a drink under the dryer, and are extremely polite when i walk in the door! I recomend this salon to anyone who loves my hair.....thats a lot of people! more

Its hard to find a great Hair Stylist. One who really takes time to listen to what I want and to deliver every time. I found mine at Dillards about 6 years ago and followed her to Serenity in 08. I was not impressed then and I'm even less now. The receptionist is rude, the owner is obnoxious and the salon leaves a lot to be desired. To top it off, when my stylist moved to another salon, I received 3 phone calls in just a couple days to inform me another stylist would be happy to take care of me. I have lived in the surrounding area for just under a year and have visited several other salons in my venture to find one with real talent. The girls at Serenity have great vision in interpreting what you want done with your style. I was very pleased and I no longer need to look for a salon!!! yipee. BTW I am a 36 year old male that hasn't stepped foot in a ""barber"" shop since shortly after the Navy in the late 90's!! God bless. I went to Serenditys to have my eyebrows waxed and came out with burned, swollen skin. It was 1.5 months ago that I had this done and my eye is still swollen. It looked like someone punched in the eye. The wax was so hot it just burned my skin, after she did one eye, I noticed she blew on the wax to cool it off (which is gross that she was blowing on it then putting it on me). I did call them twice to tell them about the incident, but did not sound like they cared or wanted to do anything. Ridiculous. I am still embarrassed by their actions and will never get my eyebrows wax because of them. I even went to the doctor to get medication to calm the swelling. I just think... if they did this to my eyebrow, what mess would they do to my hair??? I would not recommend this place, I strongly advise going somewhere else. Just my word of warning because you do NOT want happening to you what has happened to me - and I am still suffering with it - a nice, red, swollen eyebrow that is very noticeable. Pros: none. Cons: you will look worse walking out than when you walked in. more
