We needed to have our carpet cleaned before we moved in. We rented this great apartment, but the carpet needed cleaning. We had one of these coupons received in the mail and also was told that they would be a good selection. So we called in and explained what we needed, we were given a quote over the phone and we thought it was acceptable. They came in as scheduled, and they did their job. They took their extra time and did a good job on the most affected areas. As far as I had seen others do this before, this service was better.
