Scion Direct

Buyer beware. They sold me a vehicle with bad converters. I didn't even make it home and had to be towed back to Toyota Direct. They said it was the rear converter and would fix it. 10 days later I got the vehicle back after driving it about a month and heard a rattling noise from the converter. Took it to Midas to find out the the two upper converters were bad. Just so happens Midas did all the maintenance on this vehicle before the owners traded it in to Toyota Direct. They said the two upper converters were bad then and no way could have tested okay for Toyota Direct. They also said since they didn't fix the orginal problem the new converter is likley bad again. Took it back to Toyota Direct and they tried to say they just went bad. Oh by the way, with the first repair we asked about the upper converters and they said they tested fine. They finally agreed to fix the problem but we are back to the 10 days and still no vehicle repaired. First they are working on it, then they haven't been able to work on it yet, now they finally admitted they have been sending it out to another shop for the repair. Also, try to talk to anyone on the phone is impossible. They are in meetings all day and have never returned one phone call. We have had to physically go there to get anything done. Out of the time I have owned the vehicle they have had it have the time. This has been a nightmare is not over yet. I feel everyone's pain that has to deal with this dealer. more

I have not purchased from them yet, but I will be soon. I leased my last 3 vehicles from Tansky and never again. I've been taking my car to Toyota Direct for service. They are very helpful and not expensive for a dealer. Don't try to rip you off either. more

We bought our last car from this dealership. It was a new and in demand vehicle and they had the exact one that we wanted. We got a somewhat good deal but considering the demand we couldn't get too much off the price. We did have the windows tinted. That's where we had the problem. We had to take it back 3 times to have it fixed correctly. I still consider it a good experience because they were very accomodating and it wasn't their fault because it was sent out for the service not done in house. I took it back for service the first few times and was very happy. more

I just bought a 2005 Scion XB from Toyota Direct and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I’ve never experienced such a hassle free car buying experience before. My sales person was great, very open, honest, and prompt about every aspect. Not to mention you get free car washes for the entire time you own your car & the first three oil changes are free!!! Will be going back there to purchase my next car for sure!! more

I bought a brand new 2002 Toyota Corolla from this dealership. I was given an EXCEPTIONAL deal on a car they did not even have on the lot! I feel to this day like I robbed them! I happened to be the last sale they needed to beat Germain for the month, so I know that helped! They have amazing facilities and a HUGE lot. They expanded and now have SCION and also I *think* nissan. My car came with free oil changes for a year, free car washes for life, and I still get coupons, almost 3 1/2 years later. GREAT place! more
