The food just for her was about 70.00 per week. Once she lost her ideal weight, she went off it. About 8 months later it was back on. I think if you do this program, you better be doing it for life.

Many places have a small limit on how much horsepower you can have on the water. You can pack a lunch and also go to a picnic area. It's very pretty and relaxing at Alum Creek.
