Neat thing to do. 8/13/2005

The SRJC planetarium is very cool way to spend an evening. If you are a student, I believe you can get a discount on your admission. They change their shows every so often too so there's some variety. It's relaxing to kick back and check out the stars and planets projected on the dome ceiling. I remember going here for field trips as a kid in school, and also going on a first date with my now husband here. It's a fun and different way to spend an evening. more

Wow, look at all the stars!!! 8/11/2005

When I was a kid, my family went to the planetarium at least 3 times every summer. They had these very comfortable seats that would lean back, so you could look at the stars, while a specialest would tell you all about them. Then as you left, they had real moon rocks for you to touch. more
