This review is for the new location on 192nd. The employees there are fine, but the owner Sandy obviously has never heard of customer service. Due to her inadequate training of staff, it took me until my fourth visit to realize that the fans on the beds didn't need fixing, they did not exist in the first place - on each of four visits, each talking to a different employee, I was assured each that they would make sure that the issue was addressed asap. These employee's had obviously not been informed of some basic facts during their 'training'! When I was finally apprised of the actual situation on around my fourth visit (nonexistent fans, not non-working fans) & asked for either an upgrade to beds w/ fans (gold level) or my money back, I was laughed at and straight out called a liar by the owner Sandy. One of the employees had the integrity (in marked contrast to her boss's behavior!) to talk to her boss & she confirmed my story (that I had both directly, & indirectly by inference, been told the beds had fans). However no apology was ever received for her (Sandy's) words or behavior towards me.
A very unsatisfactory compromise was accepted by me just to end the whole thing; in lieu of the three weeks of unlimited tanning I had remaining, I was upgraded for 9 days to the beds that did have fans. In hindsight I should have just walked out of there & not accepted any compromise, the way the owner talked to & treated me was inexcusable and I should have refused to do any sort of business with her - as should you.
