Avoid this company like a plague. The customer service is terrible and I wish I'd known about this site prior to doing business with them. They don't answer their phones and the quality of the product we ordered was substandard. They are terrible. F- is a step up for them. Avoid, avoid, avoid, and I honestly can't believe any of the positive reviews. Oh -- and like a prior reviewer, Suzanne also threatened to call the police on us, too. Niiiice! more

Five Stars all the way - class, fantastic service and great products from a dedicated company. They've been online since 1995 and have withstood. That's great. The bibs and wetnaps I ordered for my wedding came out great, they really added to the festive atmosphere of my wedding. Order from Sand Scripts - they'll take care of u! more

I'm really about to re-iterate everything said, but Suzanne actually had the audacity to call my local police for harassment. Their service is horrible, they act like you are an inconvenience, and I've been hung up on several times. I tried to get a tracking number in writing but got the same response as Ms. Alishia L where they told me very quickly and hung up on me. Said that I couldn't call them anymore, so instead i'm emailing every hour until I get a tracking number. \r My wedding is June 30th and I ordered these on May 10th. Such a shame that they are so horrible. more

TERRIBLE quality of product, and customer service. Stay away from this business. Ordered a simple black on white print job, and recieved a prodcut that was splotchy and illegible. Not to mentioned colored ink in randome places! Customer service rep was very unprofessional and rude. As a professional event planner, I would recommend you go elsewhere. There are many great print shops with better service. more

Oh my goodness, I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I am about to repeat what a lot of people have just said. My wedding is June 8th, ordered a fuchsia runner on May 17th, my money was debited on May 18th.....I am only in Delaware. I called on Wednesday 5/29 because I realized I did not have my order. Ray said it was out for shipment today....I would receive it tomorrow. I did not. I sent an e-mail 7am Saturday morning June 1st....I expressed my frustrations and worries since my wedding is coming up and I do not have my order. No response (although their website says you will get a prompt response if you e-mail them). So I called today, Monday June 3rd. They would not answer the phone from the number I had been calling from....so I called from another number and Ray picked right up....hmmmm. I expressed I was upset that I did not receive my order, he said it shipped already (Friday 5/31), when I asked for tracking #. he said our shipping dept will e-mail it to you....I insisted I wanted it over the phone.....he put me on hold for like 6 minutes. came back, said the # really fast, then said OKAY?, sarcastically and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! OMG. I tracked the package. He lied to me, the package was shipped Saturday Jue 1st, the morning I e-mailed my irate message. Never will order from them again and so very hurt at how I was treated. I pray I get my runner in time for my wedding. more

This company is very unprofessional. I placed an order by phone. The sales representative was very rude when I asked her questions about one of the products listed online. I was told my order would arrive in one week since it was being shipped to NJ. I never received a sales confirmation, a receipt, or shipping info by email, phone or snail mail. My credit card was billed immediately though. I emailed three times and called once to find out the status, over 10 days. Finally by phone I was told it had already been shipped the week prior and there was no shipping info available. I finally received the order 5 days late, in a package with a postage date from the day I had called to complain. They out and out lied to me when they said it had been mailed. The shipping box did not come with a packing slip or any info from the company. I will never order from this company again. more

""TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered food bibs (not even custom printed) on June 29 for a July 7 party. I placed my order over the phone and the gentleman I spoke to told me I would have them at my house by July 7, no problem. I still have not received them. I called today to find out where they were, had no intention of returning them just wanted to find out what they could do to help the situation, the person I spoke to told me I was an irresponsible customer for not calling BEFORE my party to see where they were. (Why would I call before? I was told they'd be in my mailbox by the day-of...so I was still waiting until 4 pm that day when my mail came before I realized they weren't coming). He said he could do absolutely nothing to help me and then hung up on me when I was shocked to hear him tell me I needed to take more responsibility as a customer. I was simply supporting a local business by placing an order for a party and I get treated in one of the worst ways I have ever been treated as a paying customer. I will never order from here again and neither should anyone else."" more

Our Lobster Dinner Bibs 2/1/2012

""I'm a guy and don't write reviews-but my mother asked me to and I had to. She contacted this company for my bride and my rehearsal dinner. She wanted to go all out and provide a lobster dinner for our rehearsal dinner. From Sand Scripts she ordered custom printed bibs, custom printed wet naps, scrap buckets for every table, napkins, lobster cocktail stirrers, printed matchbooks and printed ashtrays, tablecloths and printed cups. Everything had our wedding logo printed on it and everything was perfect. My mom and my now wife and I want to tell you that this company is simply the best. The products were delivered quickly and all was printed perfectly. We are going to have a pig roast with friends at the end of summer and I already ordered bibs for that. Really - these folks are great. Thank you from my mom, my wife and I. We were so happy and your products truly helped make our event the tremendous success it was. Mom also thanks their customer service reps for being so patient, she isn't a computer person and she called many times to firm up details of the multiple products and honestly it couldn't go better. A sincere thanks."" more

Poor Quality Printers 1/13/2012

I would caution anyone against using this company if you expect quality cards. I paid close to $300 for Holiday cards that I wanted to send to clients and they were an embarrassment. The cards were bent like a football, the image was poor quality and a border was on three sides. The delivery was ten days past promised delivery date which allowed little time for me to print my own verse on store bought cards. I sent a card back to the owner who said he was satisfied with the quality. There is little pride in workmanship with this company. more

My impression is that they are very slow and behind the times with technology. They ask when you need the product by and completely ignore it. I called to check the status of my order that I was expecting it any day and was told ""Oh yeah, we are out of what you ordered"" then silence. OK, lets replace it and send it asap. ""OK we'll do that and credit you the difference. OK mistakes are made. 2 days later I call. ""Where is my tracking number and credit?"" ""- UUHHH we havent sent it"" then silence. ""ARE YOU ABLE TO SENT IT?"" responce - uhhh OK. Over a week later. No package, no credit. Heres the deal if you have an event, call immediately after lacing your order. Call to confirm the order the next day. Call the next day after that to check on shipping, Call again to verify your package has been shipped. These people are on a different schedule than you. You must call a minimum of four times to ensure you get your package within 6 months. These poor people need our patience. more

Are you a bride? Having a wedding or event? Then Sand Scripts is for you. Their fast and efficient service can not be beat. They work hard for you! Print jobs that I have sent them have been very challenging and they have more than quadrupled by expectations. I love them and couldn't be an event planner without them saving my a$$ with rush orders and perfectly printed bibs, wet-naps, cocktail napkins, crab mallets, lobster crackers - anything you need to set the table for a rehearsal dinner. Then they also sell aisle runners, banquet rolls and a million things more! Call or email them - they'll ALWAYS help you out!!!! more

Do NOT use Sandscripts!!! 7/6/2011

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was ordering some personalized pencils for my wedding and it took forever to get a tracking number. I tried calling and nobody ever answered the phones, so I sent an e-mail. Days later, I finally got a tracking number, but by that point, it was too late! I wasn't going to get the pencils in time for the wedding. I was expecting my pencils on Monday, and instead I'm getting them on Friday. I called again to try to cancel the order (since I could see from the tracking number that they had not even shipped it yet, they had only printed the shipping label) and the woman said, verbatim, ""I'm sure someone can get them to you in time"" and hung up on me. Of course, I tried to call back to speak to her supervisor, but nobody answered! I kept getting a recorded ""we're sorry we missed your call"" response. I tried again the next day, finally got a supervisor. Although the woman I spoke to the day before was rude, she had nothing on this guy! He was immediately rude to me and actually started to yell at me on the phone calling me ""belligerant"" and so on. I couldn't believe it! He made the mistake of mentioning that they knew I called a number of times after I spoke to the woman the day before, so I'm pretty sure they were blocking my number. I finally snapped and reminded him that I am the customer and he, as a sales rep, should never speak to a customer this way (and yes, I've worked retail and customer service) and he just called me some more names and hung up! \r In conclusion: DO NOT USE SANDSCRIPTS!! Terrible horrible service, amazingly rude people, and very slow processing. more
