The staff was friendly, but I was disappointed in the overall experience. First, finances - I felt they were trying to sell me procedures I would have to pay for out of pocket (not covered by my insurance) throughout my entire appointment. Also, it turned out my insurance had changed, and they weren't on the preferred provider list, therefore I had to pay increased ""out of network"" fees. My own fault for not checking if they were in network, however, when I received the bill, they wrote a note explaining this as my insurance company having uncommon payment standards, implying it would be the same wherever I went instead of explaining it was because they were out of network.
