We just visited for the first time and like many restaurants Fuego does not accept reservations. This place is VERY popular! Definitely phone ahead & find out the wait time. We were qouted 90 min's, decided to wait till a bit later, called back the wait time was down to 20 min's... they sat us immediately on arrival. So definitely phone ahead! It's a cute little restaurant. The wall's are covered by various murals and there is a giant Sombrero over the entrance to the kitchen. Along one wall is a long bar with 2 large screen tv's at each end tuned to ESPN. Facing the bar is a long row of bar tables for 2. Then the rest of the room is filled with tables and chairs. They do not have booths.\r

Our waitress was very friendly, candid and helpful. She knew the menu and was able to make helpful suggestions. She also was very attentive. We tried the Low Cal margarita which is the drink special for this month..... yummy! Hopefully it gets put into full time rotation.\r

The Guacamole came on it's own little cart, they mix it right at your table. Sorta like the Mexican version of Flaming Cheese. It was good, but we should have asked for a sample first because it needed a bit more seasoning. So something to remember for next time.\r

Our food was served quickly and was a fairly generous porportion. After the Guacamole, complimentary chips & salsa (the salsa was excellent, & was unlike any other we've had before), Mexican Chicken soup... we should have only ordered 1 meal. Though, your appetite might be bigger.\r

We tried the Amish Chicken with the Mole Poblano & the Enchiladas Combinadas. The Chicken was excellent, & we thought the Enchiladas were fair. Though, we normally only order Fajita's... so we don't really have anything to compare it to.\r

We'd definitely go back.\r
