Salamone realtors is one of the worst in the business. He is very prone to errors, he can't even get the electrical systems correct or the number of stories in a property right. He is unresponsive, he will not return calls and when he does, he is acerbic and angry. He complains about having too many short sales - he is in clearly way over his head and should probably retire if he can't keep up. Do not do a deal with him - it will drag on, you will have to correct all his mistakes and he will be mean and angry during the process. It will cost you money to work in such an inefficient manner with someone who clearly hasn't kept up with the times, is unprofessional and untrustworthy.
