Great massage 1/11/2009

I decided that i was going to start treating myself to a monthly massage to help alleviate some tightness in my back. I was looking for an uptown location with friendly staff and of course that gave a great massage. Well, i found all of that with Sabai Body Temple. The ambience of the studio really puts you in a relaxed state. Jessika was my therapist and she is very personable, attentive and makes me feel very comfortable. There are a variety of oils to choose from to suit your needs/wants and after your massage you can take as much time as you need to pull yourself together. There is a nice sitting room to relax in afterwards where Jessika went over how the massage went. She's recommended some easy stretches i could do that may also help with my tightness, which was much appreciated. Overall, my experience at Sabai will keep me coming back. Very friendly, very reasonably priced, knowledgeable and a great massage. more

BEST massage EVER! 1/9/2009

I have had many massages over the years in the US and Asia...but NEVER one so intense and deep as I received a Sabai Body Temple...WOW! I am going back today...and will continue. Thanks Josh! Pros: Once you are there, it's very calming Cons: Finding it...not good signage, but just call if you find yourseld sitting in parking lot looking for the door to the second floor more

Sabai Body Temple is amazing! I have never received a more thorough massage experience in my life. When I left, I felt like I was on cloud nine. Very educated and attentive professionals at an extremely reasonable price. I won't go anywhere else, and neither should you! Cons: Yeah Right! more

Kinks handled here (no, not THOSE kinds) 11/13/2008

I've gone to other massage places and had massages that weren't poor so much, but still unsatisfying. They did not leave me feeling rejuvenated (or with the tightness worked out) like I had hoped. But Jess at Sabai is some kind of a miracle worker. She finds just where the tension is and makes it go away. And when I leave I feel like a million bucks. And that might be worth a million bucks, but it's a lot less than that at Sabai. A happy and repeat customer Pros: Conveneient Uptoen location, GREAT massage more

A fabulous way to get away without really going away...Sabai is a fabulous way to invest in yourself, and what better way than to treat yourself to a massage by practitioners who understand the body and the strsses and strains on it. As a server in a restaurant I can say that both Jessika and Josh understand how to renew and reinvigorate your tired arsm, shoulders, back, and feet! Give them a try. You'll be glad that you did. more

My body is good to go after a visit to Sabai! Generally I walk in with a back pain or some other ailment and after a message or accupuncture I am well. Sabai is the only place for me, not only do they make you feel great from start to finish but the results are profound! more

Best Massage in TC 11/11/2008

I've had massages from many people, but Sabai offers the best in terms of quality. Josh works on muscles, including deep tissue. He also is a good listener in terms of your concerns and body, and he provides specific tips on what you can do at home to stretch and relax. I also liked the central location in Uptown, and often complement my massage with dinner at Fuji Ya. more
