I got an oil change, and had a check engine light checked. I waited while they worked on my car, and was done in less than an hour. Really appreciate S&P checking the check engin...

Worst

Front upper & lower ball joints were changed separately, so TWO large labor charges instead of one combined. Note was made on my invoice to 'recheck' the Hubs on down the road. ...

Repair for Chevy 2500HD 6/7/2015

When I stopped by, I was initially told they were booked solid for a week out. Turns out I could leave my pick-up with them for the week. Later that day they had already diagnosed the issues and phoned me with the estimate. They jumped right in and actually completed the repair two days ahead of their estimate. They took time to explain what they did and how to maintain the new parts. My only complaint is that they left the inside of my truck dirty. There was grease on the steering wheel and inside armrest as well as greasy boot prints on the floor. more

Great service, great employees, great price 6/6/2015

We had the misfortune that two of our vehicles broke down the same week. The staff got one vehicle up and running the same day so we would have a car to drive, and the second vehicle fixed 2 days later. There were no exorbitant charges or surprises, they offer a military discount, and every person we talked to in the shop was not only very competent, but kind also. Greatly appreciated. more

Audi a4 had all wheel alignment done. Fair price, car steering now neutral. Tires wearing evenly (now at 15,400 mi.) I Don't believe Audi could have done better or for less. more

Able to fit 2 cars into their schedule with no fuss. Allowed my young daughter be part of the process and worked with us to get the cars dropped off and picked. Even stayed late to help us arrange all of the car needs. more

Super fast service! 3/16/2015

My alternator went out and they did the repair for me incredibly quick! I was extra thankful as this is the only vehicle I have that will fit my seven kids. They were empathetic to my plight and took me seriously. This shop was highly recommended to me and now I will highly recommend to others! more

Check Engine Rate 3/2/2015

$96.00 seemed pretty steep for a check engine light diagnosis. At my business, I break down my labor rate to 15 minute increments. I have liked your service in the past, though. more
