I got an oil change, and had a check engine light checked. I waited while they worked on my car, and was done in less than an hour. Really appreciate S&P checking the check engin...

Worst

Front upper & lower ball joints were changed separately, so TWO large labor charges instead of one combined. Note was made on my invoice to 'recheck' the Hubs on down the road. ...

I've taken my vehicle there twice now, and twice I've gotten it back with a dirty interior. I've been pleased with the work other than that. more

Ashley was super nice, when the day was busy. You guys let me drop my car and had it done before time. Plus the price was great. I love how you had the dogs around. It reminded me of when I was a kid and went the auto shop with my dad. It was always fun. You have our business more

Excellent Service 10/23/2015

I dropped my van off with no appointment and they informed me it would likely take around two weeks for the service I needed. They got it done in just over a weeks time there which was faster than expected. Rates I felt were more than fair and they got the vehicle done quicker than expected so in my eyes they did a great job! I will bring my vehicle back for future service. more

Vehicle repairs are stressful by nature... Cost, loss of use, commitment... However, S&P is helpful in explaining what is needed and its cost which has always been very competitive. They are convenient and available while their work and support is reliable. Yes, I definitely recommend... more

Snow Tires 10/15/2015

I was happy about everything from my trucks service other than the mechanic getting in and out of my truck with dirty hands/shoes. I had stains on my floor mats, as well as a dirty/greasy steering wheel and door handles (as well as on the outside of the truck). It cleaned up, I was just disappointed. Your shop does not exhibit itself as a dirty dingy shop. I was disappointed when my truck came back that way. more

I would go back in a heartbeat. I really enjoyed my service experience. Military friendly. Puppy greets you with a ball and begs for you to play while you wait for your vehicle to be fixed. more

great service and fair oricing 9/27/2015

My brakes started making a horrible sound so I brought my vehicle in late one afternoon. The Hal at the desk thought it would be four days till they could take my car in if I needed repairs. They got right back to me and said that my front brakes were out and they nicely squeezed my in and I picked up my car the next afternoon! We have a one car family so it was greatly appreciated. AND the prices was more than fair. This was my second interaction with this shop and I won't bring my car anywhere else from here on out! more

Service was great, except they did not test drive after first repair, and I had to come back immediately. Inconvenience was another lost day and a round trip to Girdwood. But second repair was free, and I highly recommend this business. more
