As i drive past Rouben's Pharmacy on poplar level, I wonder how it has stayed in business all these years . How have they kept their customers from going to the chain pharmacies. The answer is service. They are caring pharmacists and employees that go above and beyond. And, they deliver prescriptions and orders to nearby neighborhoods. this helps out the elderly and housebound.
