This is an exceedingly well run organization and I felt safe with their work-men in my house while our baby was upstairs. peg 3/10/11 lawrenceville nj / weehawkennj Jonthan came out on saturday fifth and given quote for a sump pump in basement. after the quote told him to do it. Came on 3/10/11 and did a great job. Jonthan work thru noise from a daycare home with jumping yelling crying screaming children right over his head. He started the job by himself and was telling my husband what he was doing all the time. the survior came later on with another plumber dave to help. at the time he seem where some rain came in on wednesday. he told my husband could put in a drain on basement floor for $30.00 more he said yes. so then the plumber have to go and get and dig another hole for this. Both Jonhtan and Dave work up to 10 p.m. doing this job with out stopping for a lunch break. This was a great job done from these two plumbers. they clean everything up and taken away the dirt and concrete. they was respectful, friendly, courteious and very much explaining everything going on. I would recommed anyone to cal roto rooter they are GREAT and Do The Job When tell you will do. I called at 8pm for service the next morning scheduled between 9am and 11am. The office called at exactly 9am to let me know the plumber was on the way. He arrived 30 minutes later. Patrick surveyed the situation (a clogged sewer line) and had it repaired within an hour. And suggested ways to keep the problem from coming back. There was no hard sell or scamming. He was very friendly, and professional. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I would use Roto-Rooter of weehawken again without question. more

Had problems with leaking faucet, called roto rooter plumber, service was provide the next day (asap), I felt comfortable that the plumber known what he was doing and their provide me with a 6 month guareented on work render. When It come to preventing water damage to your home by leaking facuet, back up drain or damage pipe I feel comfort calling roto rooter. more
