The two Roto-Rooter plumber specialists from Weekawken, NJ were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, kept the house clean when working, described the back-up problem, cited examples for clog reasons, quoted a price for approval, and were able to receive payment via credit card through a wireless device. As an organization, the corporate operator efficiently communication the initial information to a nearby office, I quickly received a call from a local dispacher notifying me of the time of arrival, and I got a follow up email as to the quality of service upon their departure. This is an exceedingly well run organization and I felt safe with their work-men in my house while our baby was upstairs. Thanks to Roto-Rooter our drains are open and well flowing after a history of many clogs!
