Discussed some upgrades to the system which I had been considering and Jared was able to get us back up and running complete with upgrades to the entire system the same day. We had just moved into a house that had been vacant for several months and we had a drain plugged, so Rosenthal Plumbing came out and cleared the drain. But it re-clogged the next day, so they had to come back and root it out to the street. So far, so good. The two guys that came out--including Corbin--were very good, nice and concerned about getting it done right--so that was a good thing. For what we got, their price was reasonable. more

The day was a challenge for the plumbing Co. People were sick and had a Funeral to go to. Scheduling was a major effort for the day. The plumber got here about an hour late, but went right to work. Juan came to my home to accomplish a specific service. In addition to doing that service, he noticed that the kitchen faucet had been installed incorrectly a couple of years ago when it was first installed. Without any extra charge, Juan took the initiative to make the entire kitchen sink/faucet work perfectly, and reinstalled the entire faucet, complete with redrilling the openings so that they would allow proper tightening to make a sturdy situation. I am so happy with his work!! I would always recommend this company, and tell my friends to specifically ask for Juan! more

We had a water leak in our bathroom and we had Rosenthal Plumbing come out to take a look at it. The plumber turned off the emergency valve and discovered there was a pipe outside that had been leaking. He looked underneath our house and there was water underneath, everything was soaking wet. He took another look beneath our bathroom and that was also soaking wet. He explained the procedure and told us what he needed to do to clean up the water mess. Three people came back the next Monday with their machines and put one in each bathroom to dry up the water and put a clean air machine downstairs to clear the air. They were really courteous and accommodating with my elderly mother who's in a walker. They made sure the house was accessible for her and were very conscious of the fact that she was in the house. They decided to come back the next day to finish the job because they didn't want to inconvenience us and I thought that was very thoughtful of them. I feel like the people at Rosenthal Plumber went above and beyond to fix the problem and made sure my family and I felt comfortable during the entire process. If it weren't for them, the leak would have gone on forever and they handled the situation really well. I would recommend them and will be using them again for our future plumbing needs. more
