Your minimum charge way above average. For the time spent, repair costs over inflated. 2/8/2016

Poor communation! Water was turned back on before the other tech had replaced water lines. Lucky I was in the kitchen and yelled that water was pouring out under the sink. The tech cleaned it up with towels I gave him. How much water went under my cabinet and left moisture and mold? more

I have always had a good experience with Rosenthal. The technician are always polite, experienced and very friendly. They take time to talk to our residents which I really appreciate. more

There was an ad for drain cleaning in the phone book. No details or restrictions. I mentioned it while booking. They did not honor their own ad. Charged me almost three times the ad rate without letting me know prior to the plumber's arrival. I would not recommend. Plumber was fine. Feel the company was dishonest. more

I would highly recommend Rosenthal plumbing! Their entire staff, plumber to office staff, were professional, communicative, and had excellent follow through. Our plumber, Jared, provided project ideas and suggestions and completed the job to our satisfaction. Great to do business with them!! more
