Great Free Shuttle/ Towing 9/8/2005

The one thing that I want to praise Ron's Automotive for is that they offer free towing to thier shop, and free shuttle service back home. It's such a pain when your car isn't running and needs to go to the shop as it is, and having to worry about how your going to get it there should not be a concern. I felt that thier prices are kind of high, after the fact we compared prices for the work we had done. But we were impressed with the service and customer service none the less. more

Fantastic service 8/2/2005

They were so helpful when we had serious car issues that our regular mechanic could not help us with. My husband needed it fixed ASAP so he could go on an important trip and they were able to fit him in that day. They also offered a shuttle service to take him back to work after he dropped off the car. The staff was friendly and accommodating not to mention the repair was well done! more

Ron’s Automotive – Hazel Dell and Ron’s Automotive – Cascade Park are two of them. In 1972 The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) was established as an independent, non-profit organization, working to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service by testing and certifying repair and service professionals.. Today their Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition Program is considered the top credential for the industry. ASE offers ongoing training and testing to help auto techs stay up to date on the newest automotive technologies and federal regulations for the industry.
