RiverStone and BrookStone Apartments

This add is a LOAD of garbage!!! Imagine a life of everyday DRAMA with intimate landscaped courtyards right at your doorstep. Entertain your friends and family in our newly remodeled clubhouse, which is the ONLY thing they work to upgrade besides the show apartment, work out in our state-of-the-art fitness center, that has only 1 or 2 workout machines that actually work! or just relax beside one of our sparkling swimming pools that the kids love to pee in. The community DOESNT offer any rich array of activities or entertainment. STAY AWAY from Riverstone\Brookstone Apartments!! These are the WORSE place to ever live at! The manager is a Maniac who hates mexicans!! She talks down to EVERYONE that rents there and doesnt care about safety or your health! Had a baby and the apt. had MOLD that she never Cleaned!!! After leaving they kept my $850 deposit and never gave me notice as to why, 3 months later im in collections for an additional $2000 in fees because the manager is vindictive!!! STAY AWAY this will HAPPEN to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you dont listen then i hope your content with living with the ROACH infestation, no its not the "dirty people" its actually in the walls of the complex!! Make them be fair and put them outta business so that they can start from scratch and stop treating people that pay good money like dog poo!!! NEVER LIVE HERE OR ANY FPI MANAGED APARTMENT, THEY'RE ALL THE SAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: NOTHING Cons: manager is racist, staff is rude, worse then a MOTEL! more

DO NOT rent here!! this is a fair warning. The management staff talks down to you when you let them know things need to be fixed. theres NO assigned parking, its INFESTED with cockroaches, mold everywhere and the only apt they show is the "show apt" thats been upgraded but yet the other apts you'll end up getting looks NOTHING like the show apt. the leasing consultants know NOTHING. you think you'll be able to come home and relax but you'll find they're workers or other people parked in your parking spot. stay away the city is after them already.. do them a favor and dont rent here or if you live here already as i do leave!!!!!!! there so MUCH more to say but not enough room!! BE WARE!!! Cons: they have no idea how to run apartments more
