We took our van in and the ticket was written up wrong and they noticed it and brought it to the attention of the owner/manager and it was corrected. It is hard to find a company that deals with such integrity and honesty in this day and time especially a company that deals with car repair. more

Before moving to Sevierville we always had our vehicles serviced at the dealership. Unfortunately, there is no Toyota dealership here. A work colleague recommended Rick's when I complained about the inconvenience of driving to Knoxville or Morristown. I've been very pleased over the four years + that I've relied on Rick's for auto service and answers to any related questions I may have. more

Have a jeep that had some issues. Took it to Ricks, came home with same issues. Was a little miffed to be honest, but Rick took amazing care of it. Went way above and beyond. Thanks Rick. You guys did a great job. more

My first Truck visit ! 11/6/2015

I have sent many a guest or home owner to the garage for repairs over the years through my work but this is the first time I've had any work done to my truck. They corrected a lot of issues and I still have one or two more to go. Friendly staff and looks like reliable mechanics, I did find a shop rag left behind but chalked it up as a bonus lol. more

Fast friendly service! 11/1/2015

Having a 4:30 afternoon appointment to get my van serviced, only to find I had left my wallet at work and no way to pay for services rendered, I was relieved when I was told I could come by in the morning to pay my bill! Thank you all for being such a good and trustworthy company! more
