Courteous treatment & fair price 7/16/2014

We were visiting from out of town, and while the repair we had done was rather simple, they were able to get in done really quickly so that we could get back to our vacation without spending too much time at the repair shop. We had made an appointment for the next morning, but since we were near the shop that afternoon, we stopped in to see if we could get the repair done then rather than wait for the next day. They had the parts in stock and were able to accommodate us quite conveniently. If we are ever in the area and need repairs done to our vehicle, we will be coming back to Rick's. more

Quick Service 7/4/2014

My older model chevy pickup needed repairs and I chose Rick's Service Center based on a friend's recommendation. I'm pleased with the quick service that Rick's provided. I'm more pleased that I drove away with the pickup repaired correctly and that I didn't feel like I had been ripped off. Efficient, professional, and quick service more

Trustworthy 6/20/2014

We were vacationing when one of the cars began overheating. We took it to Rick's. They checked everything out and offered an explanation for the problem. They charged an extremely reasonable fee for their time. In a tourist town there might have been others who would have taken advantage of us. Rick's did not do that and we appreciate it. more

My first Rick's Service Center Experience 6/14/2014

Jenica made me want to come to Rick's. She was pleasant, efficient, and accurate in her pre-diagnosis. I was thrilled to find Chris there. He used to work on my car at his previous place of employment. He is as honest is as the day is long. Though the compressor was expensive, I felt good about having the work done at Rick's. more

How Lucky We Are To Have Ricks 6/13/2014

After only bringing my BMW Z-3 to the dealer for maintenance for the past 15 years, I decided to go out of the box to a local and have the car serviced. My car has never ran so good. The prices are less and the technicians are talented. They can fix any car with any problem. How lucky we are to have such an amazing business here in Sevierville. NO more hour drives to Knoxville. more

Good, fast service and reasonable prices 5/29/2014

Had my brakes go out doing the bear loop. Took it to Ricks the next morning without an appointment and they were able to get to it the same day. Good guys, great service. more

I will ONLY use Rick's Service Center for my vehicle needs. Have used them since they opened. I have lived in Sevier county for 35 years and they are THE only service center who has not taken advantage of me, and the ONLY car service I would recommend.
