these robber barons did their part to ruin me financially some years back. they were never wlling to work with their tenants, and even when i came to them at the end of a lease, pleading with them for no rent increase. they told me they could fill my location in weeks, so therefore the rent increase went into effect. i had employees, and the job was my livelihood at the time, so i reluctantly resigned the new lease. i was out of business within a year and a half after that. their CAM fees are total BS! and to top it all off, the old fart power monger running things likes to leave very directly threatening messages on phones. that spot that they could have filled in a week??? it stayed empty for at least a year or more, and has been very hit and miss ever since.
