Do NOT move here! There are roof leaks on every building, my apartment has several and has been leaking for 4 months! It is not worth it. When it rains or snows, water pours directly into my apartment. I have been here less than a year and will not renew my lease. My neighbor has had a leak problem for years. They don't fix the problem, they just patch it up, which never works. Management is rude and inconsiderate. DO NOT MOVE HERE! more

DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APTS!!! These apts. are nice to look at but not so to live in. The air does not cool, the summer has been mild and the apt is hot, and the furnace is very noisy and rusted inside. The roof leaks and they do nothing about it. The dishwasher smells like a sewer and they come and pour two cups of bleach in it, ask for your washing tablets and tell you to run it a full cycle and call it a day.(four times in six weeks) The leasing office women are liars, unethical, unprofessional and downright nasty. They put on a façade to make quotas off your hard earned money. When you sign it's all over. Their so called maintenance crew are glorified lawn workers. They are just short of being thugs for hire, they are young and dumb.. They come in your unit and steal any jewelry, money and prescription drugs they can get their hands on and go through everything in your unit.. They don't fix anything! They put a bandage on it. They make three or more keys to your unit and give you two. There have been break ins without breaking in. Check with Hazelwood Police Dept. It is all a part of public record. I've been here two months, and am only waiting for my lease to be up so I can get the hell out of here!! You have been warned do your homework! Wish I had. more

My husband and I moved to Reserve after we married. It seemed so nice. The problems were small at first. Some of the cabinets didn't close properly (which we needed because we our daughter was a curious 1 year old at the time), the faucets were leaky, the dishwasher leaked water when we tried to use it. Then, the heat wasn't working. We called to get it working, and it took over a week to get it fixed. The last straw was when our ceiling started leaking every time it rained or snowed. All maintenance did was poked holes to drain the water into pots and pans that we provided. Soon the holes started getting bigger, the water started getting browner. Then, maintenance ended up taking down the whole seiling to the living room. How could I have my child living in this? My husband had called the main office several times for many weeks to get it fixed and all we got was attitude. I finally called a health inspector to come in and by the time he came black mold had formed around the edges of the massive hole in the living room and all the small holes in our bedroom. He put a huge sticker on our door saying humans were not fit to live there, and we had 48 hours to get out. We notified management, and they said they had no place for us to move to within the complex. My husband and I knew for a fact, that there were vacant apartments. They didn't even pay for our hotel stay while we searched for another place to move to. I'm glad we moved though. We're much better off, and I just found out there was a meth bust behind those apartments. If I could give 0 stars, I would. more

When we moved in (Nov 09) our hot water wasn't working. Two guys that had no clue of what they were doing tore all of the dry wall down (who puts the water heater behind dry wall anyway?!) to work on the water heater. They made such a mess, I didn't want them to track it through the apartment. This guy puts his shoes in the wall with the water heater....by the way, my hot water heater/laundry still looks like this almost two years later!!! This is not where you want to live! Management dodges your calls, maintenance doesn't have a clue, and the police are here every week. Not to mention that the creek behind the complex will flood if it drizzles outside, let alone a heavy down pour! Run!!! more

I've been renting with this property for two months and I have NO plans of renewing my lease. The office staff do a great job of promising the world and then switching up the product once the lease is signed. For example, the ""newly renovated apartments"" are only in a select few units and already have a year long wait list. (And the only reason they're renovated is that the creek behind the property frequently floods, damaging the unit and all outside property, including cars.) Also, the ""24/7 fitness center"" is only open 12 hours a day (8 hours on weekends). That is, when the equipment is working. The maintenance is a joke. Maintenance crews take forever to repair even urgent level repairs and when they do, the work is shoddily done. For example, when I first moved into the unit, the fridge was so dysfunctional, food inside the appliance stayed at a warmer temperature than outside. It took a week to get replaced. Once, during a heavy rain storm, water poured into the bedroom window and damaged the entire wall, electric outlet and carpeting. My apartment still smells of mildew. Don't let the curb appeal fool you. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS POORLY MANAGED PROPERTY!!! more

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Horrible management and maintence. Several apartments had roofs collapse from rain and snow. The management was unsympathetic and it took 4 months for them to repair it! Several tenants had to move bc Hazelwood declared their apartment uninhabitable due to the mold and mildew that formed. Management is rude and unprofessional, and it takes forever for major repairs to be fixed. DO NOT MOVE HERE! more

Even though a tad bit high..the apartment are nice..maintence is good..friendly staff..on the top floor u dont want to live...roof leaks in the winter..summer time get really hot and air not all that great..but other than that have had no problems..n the police drive through ever hr..one way in one way out...if i could afford it id stay more

These apartments are beautiful on the inside and quiet on the outside BUT the maintenance is atrocious. They try to make you feel like you are crazy and that you are exaggerating and then they use their thugs, I mean maintenance crew to intimidate you. The stove is standing pilot. The windows are terribly draftly and the hot water heater is inefficient. This si my first appartment so i admit that I should have took a closer look at these things, but I just want to warn others that these apartment are best left fot the birds.
