When we moved in (Nov 09) our hot water wasn't working. Two guys that had no clue of what they were doing tore all of the dry wall down (who puts the water heater behind dry wall anyway?!) to work on the water heater. They made such a mess, I didn't want them to track it through the apartment. This guy puts his shoes in the wall with the water heater....by the way, my hot water heater/laundry still looks like this almost two years later!!! This is not where you want to live!
Management dodges your calls, maintenance doesn't have a clue, and the police are here every week. Not to mention that the creek behind the complex will flood if it drizzles outside, let alone a heavy down pour! Run!!!
