Extremely Pleased and Highly Recommended 3/14/2011

Reflections Creative Photography was one of two photographers we met with. As soon as we met Lance and Linda we knew we had to use Reflections for our wedding. They are personable, priced reasonably and do high quality work. Another photographer was also present which ensured full coverage of our day. Lance does wonderful work and Linda has a great eye for detail and was extremely helpful through the formal pictures in making sure dresses and hair laid properly, positioning was correct, watching for smiles/no smiles, and many more finishing touches. They make a great team. We could tell that they were experienced in the business. Formal pictures were quick and painless for the bridal party and family. They came highly recommended by the Hotel Bethlehem, where our reception was and also our DJ. Lance and Linda were very familiar with working at the Hotel Bethlehem which allowed for some great photos, formal and informal. During the reception, they blended right in and we barely knew they were there. They directed us through the entire process: entrance, dance,cake cutting and the other key events which made it easier on us and made for some really great photos. They also made many great suggestions based upon their experience. We wanted pictures taken outdoors, but it had been a windy day. Lance recommended we wait until later on in the evening to head outside. He approached us a couple times to see if we were ready for outdoor pictures and was not pushy when we decided we were having too much fun to leave. We are able to see our photos online the night after which was very exciting and also allowed family members to view photos and the opportunity to purchase. Lance was great through the album building process and was in contact with us from the time we booked all the way up until the album was complete. There were so many great photos we had such a hard time deciding which ones to put in the album and which ones later to get developed to place around our house. I loved that we received a disc of all of our photos so that we are able to print them for years to come.\r We attended our best man's wedding 6 months later and really became appreciative of Lance and Linda and their work after seeing their photographer. My husband was his best man and became frusterated on more than one occasion with the intruciveness and demeanor of the photographer. The formal pictures took an extremely long time, he did not seem experienced and the way he positioned the bridal party/ bride and groom appeared they were not going to make good photos. Throughout the reception he definitely made his presence known. \r Lance and Linda really did a wonderful job and will capture every minute of your special day. Our families still talk about how wonderful and beautiful our pictures turned out. We would happily recommend! Thank you Lance and Linda! more

Highly Recommended Great People to work with! 3/13/2011

My wife and I would like to extend our personal thanks to Reflections Creative Photography Studio for the great pictures of our recent Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Lance & Linda were a joy to work with they explained everything that was included in our Wedding Day package. They came properly dressed for a wedding; even our families and friends commented on how they blended right into our reception. They arrived on time ready to take pictures with minimum setup time. They spent the entire afternoon and evening at our Wedding Ceremony and Reception. We have wonderful pictures of our families and friends with us after our Wedding Ceremony. They took some fantastic candied pictures of us, our families and friends. Our pictures were posted just three days after our wedding and reviewing our photos on their web site was easy and convenient.\r I have already given their business cards to several friends who are planning upcoming wedding. Just Who You Need for Your Perfect Day 3/6/2011

Matt and I had been together for six years and engaged for a little over one year, so we had plenty of time to think about and plan for our big day. We found Lance and Linda by chance online, and it was the best and probably most significant discovery in relation to our wedding. Yes, everyone says that you need good food and music for a wedding, that's true, but as far as the couple is concerned, the photography might be the most crucial component. This essential piece is what allows you to look back and remember that good food, good music, etc. The quality of your pictures can either make or break those special memories. Not only is the quality of the pictures important, but the people taking the pictures are important, as well. Lance and Linda are top-notch. They know what they're doing, and it shows. They're professional, yet personal. They're focused, yet personable. Their attention to detail is key and much appreciated. And most of all, they're dedicated from beginning to end, and by end, I don't mean as soon as they leave your reception. They put in as much time and effort after your wedding, as they do before/ during. My husband and I had our dream wedding, and we have Lance and Linda to thank for being able to remember it and look back on it always. Our pictures are beautiful, the album is amazing! Our guests still comment on them to this day. We got married at the ASA Packer Memorial Church on Lehigh University's campus, and had our reception at the Palace Center. Lance and Linda were there from beginning to end. Wonderful to work with, and very easy to recommend! Thanks again, Lance and Linda :-) more

Highly Recommended 3/6/2011

We had the opportunity to work with Lance and Linda for our wedding at Notre Dame Church and our reception at Riverview Country Club. Their professionalism and enthusiasm for their work is unmatched as well as their desire to provide the highest quality service to such an important event in our lives. We appreciate everything they were able to provide for us, between keeping us on schedule on our wedding day to producing a wonderful picture album that we will always cherish. Lance does wonderful work, and Linda is the perfect catalyst for the finishing touches to add even more perfection to the pictures. We highly recommend them to our friends and family, as well as anyone looking for quality photography for your special event. more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 3/5/2011

Our wedding was at The Holiday Inn @ Breinigsville. Reflections Creative Photography was highly recommended to us. The first opportunity I had to meet Lance and Linda was at a bridal convention and once we got talking I knew that I had to set up a meeting for us to meet. Their prices were very reasonable and they had choices that easily fit within our budget. Lance was always very prompt on getting back to me whether it was email or by phone and was accommodating when we changed where I wanted my first pictures of the day to be taken. When Lance and Linda came to my parents the day of the wedding they were extremely helpful on posing and didn't once rush us around. We were so comfortable with them and they really blended well with our family and friends. Lance and Linda made sure that we had all the shots that we wanted and when we saw all of our shots we were extremely happy!! There was so many amazing shots that it was hard to choose when it came time for us to make up our album. Once again Lance was very helpful with the whole process and the turn around time for our album was so quick!! Our wedding day was absolutely wonderful and Lance and Linda played a huge part in it....they captured great moments that we can look back on and never forget. We would highly recommend Reflections Creative Photography and we have already passed on their name. If you want great photos, people who are fun and easy to get along with then look no further because Lance and Linda are just that! more

First Class Service and Pictures 3/5/2011

We had our wedding at the Glasbern Inn. They recommended Reflections because we are from out of the area. We went to see their work and didn't need to look any further. What a great choice we made with Lance and Linda! On our wedding day, they couldn't have been more helpful always making sure we had everything we needed (nothing was a problem) They paid attention to every detail and they were wonderful getting all of the elderly family members to relax and get their pictures taken. We had so many wonderful shots - both formal and informal. They truly captured the day in detail for us. Our families thought they were friends of ours because of how they interacted with everyone while capturing the perfect pictures. \r Our album turned out amazing! We knew all of the costs ahead of time and everything was delivered as promised. Everyone who sees our album loves it (almost as much as we do.) The hardest part was narrowing down the number of pictures to put in it.\r We would highly recommend Lance and Linda to capture the moments of your special day! They are extremely professional, pay attention to the smallest detail and they help make your day wonderful! Thanks Lance and Linda! more

Wonderful Service and Pictures 3/4/2011

My Husband and I decided to renew our Wedding Vows and chose the Allentown area as a convenient location for friends and family. Lance was recommended by the Glasbern Country Inn, and it was a great tip. We visited several area photographers and decided Lance was the best. His prices were mid-range and we loved his work.\r I am so happy that Linda assisted! As soon as they arrived, she jumped right in w/suggestions. She has an excellent eye for detail. Even the wedding party commented on how she did not miss anything as Lance set up our formal shots.\r It is now early Spring and we have asked Lance to design an album for us. We chose the 12"" x 12"" digital album. It was very difficult to choose the pictures because there are so many excellent ones. My Husband and I finally agreed and emailed the list to Lance. Much to our surprise, an invitation to review our album arrived in our email much sooner than expected.\r This takes us back to wonder memories of July, and our 30th Anniversary. Isn't that just what you want from a professional photographer? more

Recommended!! 3/4/2011

We found Lance to be such a great part of our special day! The pictures came out beautifully, and the album is really special. Lance was really accomodating for specific shots with friends, family, etc and even got a shot of us in front of Taco Bell - my husband's favorite restaurant :) Many of our guests commented on how well he blended in to the party - you hardly knew he was there, capturing some really great shots! We'd recommend Reflections Creative Photography to anyone! more

We recommend them! 3/3/2011

Our experience with Lance and his staff was wonderful! He did an amazing job on our pictures and our album. Lance was very professional throughout the whole experience, as was the other staff member that worked with him. We ended up buying a larger album than we had origionally wanted because there were so many great pictures to choose from that we wanted to be in the album. It took about 8 weeks to get the album back, which is typical. My husband and I really enjoyed having Lance and his staff at our wedding! We have already recommended Reflections to our friends who are getting married this year. more

NOT RECOMMENDED! 12/14/2009

We wish we could give the actual email but it’s a limited amt of space here. We will give u the facts, u decide. “HE” refers to Reflections Creative Photography. We wanted a 24 pg album, he created a 38 pg album WITHOUT NOTIFYING US and then told us we had to pay an extra $1000 and said it was a discount and we can’t change it or he will charge $125 an hour! After arguing about this, he said “a redesign, which can take hours, is billable! If you think the discount is lame, I'll be happy to revert back to the contract pricing, just let me know as I don't want you to be insulted by it!!” To top it off, it took over a year and a half to get our album. After he finally sent the album to print, he said we would receive our album within 8-10 weeks. After about 14 weeks, he DID NOT communicate with us about the status of our album! A little more than ONE MONTH after the 8-10 weeks goes by, he tells us that it will be another 8-10 weeks! After those 8-10 weeks, he told us it will be ANOTHER 8-10 weeks! He ONLY emailed us the status of the album after we CONTACTED HIM, not the other way around! We then asked for a CD of our Engagement and Wedding photos and he said yes. A couple weeks go by, and then we email him. He tells us that his CD burner was broken! BS. Finally, we get an email saying our albums are here and we owe him the balance of the extra album charges, which he previously stated that he would pass on discounts from the print co, and then... NO DISCOUNT. This time, he emails us twice in one week to pay! We state “We are also in no rush to come pick up the albums as we have waited this long already. Please let us know if there are additional hidden charges for holding our albums until we are able to come and pick it up.” He responds “I have paid for all of the manufacturing costs, so there will be no adjustments in the end cost. I just don't understand, pushing to get the album in and available for you, then not wanting to get it? You know the pricing, it has not changed. Take your time it will be sitting here gathering dust waiting your call.” YOU DECIDE IF YOU WANT A PHOTOGRAPHER LIKE THIS WORKING FOR U! We finally have our album nearly 2 years later…! Beware 12/31/2008

I would not reccommend Lance and his team. The pictures did not come out beautiful, at most they were just okay. The other reviewer is correct, Lance did not know how to tell people where to stand, and as a result, our pictures had people standing assymemetrical. The reception photos were TERRIBLE, many of them were shot at weird angles! Out of 400 photos, only about 50 were good. When you pay close to $4000 for a photographer, you expect much more. I would not reccommend them. (I hate talking negatively about someone, but because I am so dissappointed in my album and photos, I must warn others). \r \r To top it off, they throw extra money in the end, when you never asked for an ""assistant!"" more

Terrible pictures 1/9/2007

Don't do it. My wedding pictures were a joke, except for a select few. They have no idea how to organize family pictures (like telling people where to stand, etc.) -- I had to do it all myself.
