Our experience with Lance and his staff was wonderful! He did an amazing job on our pictures and our album. Lance was very professional throughout the whole experience, as was the other staff member that worked with him. We ended up buying a larger album than we had origionally wanted because there were so many great pictures to choose from that we wanted to be in the album. It took about 8 weeks to get the album back, which is typical. My husband and I really enjoyed having Lance and his staff at our wedding! We have already recommended Reflections to our friends who are getting married this year.
