This lab always seems to be busy when I am in their office, but it can depend on the time of day you go in. They have a smallish waiting room. The area for your blood to be drawn is open to the public so people in the waiting room can see you. The lab techs are proficient and can find a vein without too many problems. They seem to genuinely care about your well-being and will visit with you if you are there a while and they are not busy with other patients. Reading material is available in the waiting area.
