Good inventory at even better prices! 9/14/2012

I needed a new dishwasher, but didn't know if I would be able to find one within my price range. When I went to Ray's, the entire staff was extremely helpful and mindful of my budget. They helped me pick out a new dishwasher that didn't break the bank and I am in love with it. Thanks guys! more

One of the best places for appliance repair. 4/4/2011

People should know when you buy from any private owned appliance place they are usually not under a warranty. He doesn't sell new stuff right out of the box everything he sells has been repaired and is marked reasonable. He has Great prices on the used appliances he get in his shop and you get one on one customer service with the business. more

Lousy after service 9/21/2010

Ray's was personal when we bought the Bosch washer but after they installed it, we needed a plumber to come out and redo what they did. Also, after a year and 4 months, the wire came off the rubber that was holding it in on the door. I called Ray's and they said there was nothing they could do about it and just gave me a phone number to a local authorized Bosch dealer. I had to ask them for the customer service number for Bosch. more

I feel Ray's appliances are much more higher than the average chain stores for appliances. However, he does provide one on one personal treatment and caters to your needs that you might not get elsewhere. more

I was a little nervous when someone recommended we try Ray's when we were looking for a new washer but I'm really glad we did, we got personal treatment that I don't think we would have gotten in one of the chain stores and we got a great price, so I was pleasantly surprised. more

I was pleasantly surprised when someone recommended that we go to Ray's when we were loooking for new appliances, their staff was very knowledgeable, they had plenty of appliances in their showroom and they're prices were right in line with the big stores, and no one was trying to make us buy, not like the "big' stores. more

We're now living in a world of "big box stores" and it's always a pleasure to find that there are individually owned businesses that not only meet the prices of these megastores, but actually deliver better service.
