We went to Rancheros last night on the recommendation of my father. The rudeness started at the door where the hostess was far more interested in carrying on her personal conversation with another member of the staff than actually noticing someone had walked in the store. The margaritas were undrinkable, the fajitas were mediocre, the quesadiullas weren't even melted, I asked for sour cream, never got it, my husband asked for no cheese... the enchiladas were coated in cheap cheese, the waiter never came back by our table because he also was busy at the bar chatting with the other staff and watching the game. When we finally got our check, it took a while for the cashier/hostess to notice us, because she was still deep in conversation with the same man from when we walked in. She couldn't be bothered to hand my husband the receipt. He had to reach behind the counter.
