I tried this store/company after calling all around the area to try and locate a specific door lock. I told them exactly what I needed and all of the measurements over the phone. I was told that they had what I needed in stock. After driving all the way out to their location, I found that they did NOT in fact carry what I needed. In addition to this, they were extremely rude and unfriendly. They ended up trying to sell me a lockset that was clearly not the right size. I was also told that they refuse to take any returns at their store. I will never shop here again nor would I recommend that anyone else does.
