Quilt Sampler

I had gone in for thread, the woman who waited in me was helpful. I wasn't sure how many spools I needed so I asked if i could return the ones I didn't use.. She said yes, as long as I have the receipt and they are unopened.( I had to travel 30+ miles to their shop so i bought extra) Again at the check out I asked, theses are returnable. Same answer I went in today to return the spools. She did in fact accept their return..however I got a Merchandise credit instead of my cash/cc back.. Now, asking numerous times if they can be returned why did she not tell me for store credit only.. she neglected to tell me the fine print>> poor customer service... more

I had an old PFAFF sewing machine that went kaput and as I invested so much in it and liked it so much, I wanted to get it repaired than get a new one. I looked in my local directory and found this place that speedily got it fixed at a moderate price in a couple of days. The place itself has a huge supply of fabrics including balis, batiks, and maybe some orientals that were at average prices. The people were nice here. more
