We had read previous reviews and based our stay on the reviews. We were sorely disappointed. Got to the room and there was no tv remote and the tv had a horrible picture. They did respond quickly to fix the issue. There appeared to be dried blood on the bathroom door. The shower smelled like mildew. Towels were dingy grey. Two ice machines were broken When we checked out, they couldn't give us a receipt because something was broke. The carpet in elevator in desperate need of cleaning. Wouldnt recommend staying here unless there is no available rooms elsewhere
