Today was the WORST experience I've ever had ""attempting"" to get my car washed! I've gone to this car wash a handful of times over the past few years and every time, I sware, the price goes up. They want $10 now for the basic wash (it used to be $6), and once you tip the guys drying at the end, it's totally not worth it! I drive a Subaru Forester and the manager told me he was charging me the SUV rate (which they've never done before), and I strongly feel the the Forester is not an SUV....it's not like I'm in a Tahoe or something big! After arguing with me, he said he'd charge the ""non-SUV"" rate. I handed him my credit card and he slammed his fist down on the counter and started whipping my card (over and over again) through the machine, obviously very angry. I literally had to ask for my card back before he cracked it and handed him cash. He then yelled, ""Next time you pay SUV rate,"" to which I answered, ""Next time I'll go somewhere else."" He threw his hands in the air and yelled, ""We're not washing your car!"" and stormed outside (almost running me over) to hault the vacuuming in progress. These people do not deserve your business! I've never been fully happy with the results of how clean my car is in the past, the guys drying are slow and do not do a detailed job. This morning, the location was just convenient, and I thought I'd give them another chance....boy was I wrong! So, basically I got a free vacuum and interior wipe down, went down to the shell at Burbank and White Oak, got 10cents off per gallon with the purchase of tank of gas, and paid $8 (delux) to run my car through the wash machine....and It looks great! \r

Please do not give these jerks your business! They are terrible human beings, with terrible customer care, and deliver terrible quality car washes!!!
