Kolbe Honda's priority is obviously customer service! I come here time and time again and travel 30 miles away even though there is a Honda dealership closer to where I live. All of the staff members are friendly and explain everything thoroughly without sounding condescending. That's very important to me as a woman who does not know much about cars. The pluses at Kolbe Honda are: 30 minute express oil changes (no appt. needed), free bottled water and free coffee/espresso/cappuccino/latte machine. I've recommended this dealership to all my friends who travel from afar as well just to experience their superior customer service.

I found this place by accident...and they have always given a decent car wash every time since then. Decent prices, but go sometime in the middle of the week for a really good wash.The also clean engines and do detailing stuff .They also give some discounts with full tank fill up and leave a car freshener free of charge

This is the greatest repair shop I have ever visited, the mechanics are thourough and precise. They treat you like a person instead of a number and are very friendly. I am satisfied with the service everytime I need something on my car fixed. I would recommend this shop to anybody who values a great mechanic, friendly service all at a great price.

This is by far the best body shop I have ever been to. The customer service is superb, the work is done by artisans of the trade who are extremely skilled in their work. Every time I've gone there the service has been more than adequate. Turn around time is usually less than a week on the most severe accidents. If you are looking for body work go here and talk to Jason or Ed, and they will take care of you.

One day my car broke down, so I called AAA and they had me towed over to Reseda Automotive. They were super friendly and were very willing to help. They explained and showed me what happened to my car and even showed me the old parts. They cover their work for 24k miles or 2 years and even have a rent-a-car on site! From now on I go there for everything from smogs to AC to head gaskets? Check them out!

This is a good place to go if you need to replace glass or mirrors. After I did some shopping around I found that the price was pretty reasonable . Our mirror replaced in a couple of days. I was disappointed that when they took down the broken mirror in the bathroom they came back two days later to replace it, I thought they would replace it all in the same day - other than that, I was happy with the service.

I had my windows tinted at this location and they did a very good job. They were inexpensive and the time it took to complete the job was much less than I thought. The tint was well applied and has stayed on the car for a good 2 years now, I really appreciate a lasting job. They also give you an extensive warranty in case something happens to the tint.
