There are 2 cars that my wife and I have brought in separately and we both had very similar great experiences. They have wonderful and friendly people working there and both cars were fixed well and have not had any re-occurring problems in the past few weeks since the repair. We are recommending them to our friends and family. more

earned my trust! 8/29/2011

I called a couple of shops about my battery not charging and ended up going here because they gave me the best "vibes". I knew it was a problem with the alternator or something and I just brought it in to have it fixed. It turned out to be a battery and the alternator is fine. I would have never known if they said it needed both! Not the case, they just put in a battery and charged me for that. Less than $100 and I was done. Thanks for being honest. You will earn all of my business that way. more

Fast work 8/16/2011

I have always taken my car to Purrfect for my routine service such as oil changes, etc, so when my check engine light came on I brought it down to their shop. They were bale to take my car in right away and determine what the problem was. My car was fixed by the end of the day and the light has not come back on. more

A Great Value! 8/1/2011

They honored the coupon I found online for A/C Service, and treated me as if I was paying full price. They did not slack in the service because I had the coupon and that is the type of business I like to deal with. Ohm and the service on my car was great too. more

Great Work! 6/17/2011

This shop took care of my car. I left the car with them on Monday. They called me at work to go over what they found and I okayed the repairs. They called back a few hours later to tell me it was ready. I picked the car up on the way home and it was running great. Simple, fast and easy. Thanks again. more

Purrfect is Perfect! 5/31/2011

Great reliable shop right down the street from my house. I never have far to go if there is a problem with my car. I’m lucky they are so close because my car is not that great to begin with. Purrfect has kept it running for quite some time. more

Trustworthy 5/24/2011

Since 2001 virtually all of the necessary maintenance and repair work on my three vehicles has been done at Purrfect Auto Service! I have personally always found the staff accommodating, pleasant but above all knowledgeable. Both Pat and Jim have been in and around the industry for a long time. From my point of view, Purrfect Auto is just great. I will continue to use their services with confidence and trust. more

Great service! 5/18/2011

I’ve been going to Purrfect Auto for more than a year for my regular oil checks & maintenance. I have never had a bad experience. The managers have always been friendly and they always explain exactly what does (and doesn’t) need to be done and why. They now have a system where you can keep track of your services online, which I find very helpful (and very accurate). I had a horrible experience at my dealer and now consider myself a loyal customer. more

Good shop. They figured out tough electrical problems on our old Acura Legend a couple of times in the past 2 years, it was able to pass smog thanks to them. I found them helpful, clear and competent. Didn’t even charge me for re-inspecting something I came back after one of the repairs. Also no sales pressure when I decided to not leave the car on a specific problem and fix it myself. more

Trustworthy 4/27/2011

We have used Purrfect Auto of Tustin for all of our cars for years and they are the only ones we trust. They have always been fair and honest in our dealings with them and are more than willing to help us understand our options and the expenses involved. Our 1996 Suburban has over 260,000 miles on it and still runs great thanks to their care and expertise. more
