Just purchased my new 07 Escalade from Tustin Cadillac and I love it. It is perfect for my family and I love the feel of safety on the freeways. I shopped the internet for close to two-weeks viewing website and the dealer?s inventory. Two of the dealers never emailed me back after asking for information. Tustin Cadillac internet manager Mike Paino emailed me within 30 minutes of my request of pricing and Escalade availability. I was again very surprised because Mike had the Escalade clean, gassed and waiting for me out front of the dealership. In just one hour, I was heading home in my new Escalade. I found the Escalade I wanted and the process of the deal was very pleasant. I especially enjoyed working with one sales person. Tustin Cadillac and Mike Paino performed an outstanding job and I will recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new Cadillac.

Irvine Auto Care is great place to get your car serviced. They one of the few honest mechanics. Maybe that is why they have been in business for so many years. Geoff, the owner, and John, the service manager are great people and friendly.
They will give you a ride back to work or home after dropping off your car. If you need a ride back to get your car, that is OK too!

I don't know much about auto repair and maintance but this Kragen Auto Parts store has always been extremely helpful without making me feel like I really don't know what I am doing. They could just sell me the parts, but instead, they offer helpful hints about putting on the wiper blades or adding the fluids. No matter who I speak with when I shop, each counter person knows what they are talking about and it always seems to work out the way they claim it will. They are open early Saturday mornings too! Lots of free parking in the center lot.

I had to give one star for my review. If I could I would give a negative rating because our visit to Midas cost us hundreds of dollars in repairs that had to be redone. Struts had to be re-done the very next year. Radiator flush was never performed and we are now replacing our radiator because there was sludge instead of fluid. The manager is very unprofessional and unpleasant. Just for a bonus our car smelled like smoke when we picked it up!
