TERRIBLE!!! RUN AWAY!!! I regret going there for my first exam and glasses thinking they were ""professional'. Had the worst customer service from a Dr's office. The Dr was ok, although I was rushed and never got explanations. Once you have paid, don't expect much help, information or have questions answered especially from the front desk and ""Vince' the manager. Called 5+ times and emailed but never got a response. The manager ""Vince"" I either busy, away and will NEVER return your call. Worst the front desk will tell you it's up to Vince to answer... You may be lucky but I had a very UNprofessional experience. My family and friends won't go there...
