Prenatal Ultrasound of Glendale

Came here to get my baby's gender determined. They charge reasonable prices and their office looks nice. Staff was great too and the tech was really confident that we're having a little girl. Might visit again in a few months. more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lady that runs the place and makes the Appointments is very rude and not helpful at all. I went there to get the ultrasound package with the CD and DVD and when I got home to show my family the DVD it did not play MIND YOU I TRIED IT on the 5 DVD players, my PS3, and my computer!!!! I put the CD on my lap top to see if I could at least show my family the Pics and NOTHING it said it was a BLANK CD!!!! So I tried it on another lap top, my work computer and my house computer and NOTHING!!!! I called the place to try to explain to the lady what was going on and she was very RUDE and REFUSED TO HELP ME!!!!! She kept telling me that there was NOTHING SHE COULD DO ABOUT IT!!!!! That it was my computer that didn't have the program.I even went to the place and SHE REFUSED TO HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT I THOUGHT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE TURNED OUT TO BE THE WORSE!!! SO I BASICALLY PAID OVER $100 Dollars for NOTHING!!!!! JUST A BLANK CD that was supposed to have pics of my baby's ultra sound and a DVD that wouldn't play!!!! UGH!!!!! SO IF THEY MESS UP DON'T EXPECT THEM TO GIVE YOU A REFUND OR AT LEAST DO IT OVER AGAIN THE LADY WILL TELL YOU BASICALLY: ""THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT"" more

My husband and I went there for a gender determination at 16 weeks. The place feels a little dirty when you walk in - its dark and the carpet is dirty. The worst part to us was the rude service from the ultrasound technician. She seemed to be in a hurry and was rude when responding to my questions. We were in and out of the place in less than 10 minutes. We expected more when we paid $50. The pictures we got were blurry. I'm only giving it 2 stars because they guarantee the gender prediction. I would choose a different place if you want to see your baby in 4d. more

My wife and I came to get a 4D ultrasound and see our baby. We got the package where you can come 3 times since she was still only 16 weeks pregnant. We are now at 25 weeks and we just had our second visit. I am excieted to go back sometime after 30 weeks. The sonographer is amazing...really caring and understanding. I'm rather far along in my pregnancy and I was curious to see a 3D/4D version of my baby. After doing a search of the nearest 3D/4D ultrasound services I found this place online along with a few others. I chose this one after speaking with the secretary who happened to be courteous and informative. The office was relatively easy to find and there is a parking lot (free) next to the plaza. The lot was full when I arrived but, luckily someone was leaving as I entered the lot a second time. I was maybe only 2 minutes late to the office and I was their only client when I walked in. I saw the secretary first (she was nice) and then I saw the ultrasound tech. I should have walked back out when I saw the tech's face. She seemed irritated. I stayed anyway, paid for the package that I wanted (which includes gender determination; luckily I already knew that my baby is a girl from a previous regular 2D ultrasound), and she began the procedure. My baby was asleep with her hand and feet covering her face so the tech asked me to change my position which I did. The baby still wouldn't budge and the tech was determined to get a shot of the face. I was trying to help her out but, the tech just became increasingly irritated. I'm not sure if it was due to a language barrier (I speak fluent English and she had an audible accent) or if she just started off having a bad day. After awhile, the baby did move and I was in a position where the tech was able to get a shot of her face. The tech was not able to tell me whether the baby was a girl or boy until I mentioned that the baby is a girl. She ran out of time and I didn't get to see the 3D proof that the baby is a girl. The whole experience was disappointing (because I felt like she was mean) and if I had it to do over again, I would most likely go somewhere else. At least I have some good pictures of my baby.
