Great Classic Italian 4/2/2010

As a huge Risotto fan, I enjoy trying new places as often as possible. Prego offers 6 different styles of Risotti! If you have a sweet tooth like I do they also have 6 regular desserts with at least 2 rotating specials. My personal favorite is the Profiteroles in chocolate mousse! Pros: Great Staff more

The new Italian food! 6/17/2008

Last Saturday I was in Beverly Hills and we went to Prego for dinner: as you walk in there are tanks with Maine Lobsters, Australian Lobsters, Crabs, Langoustine... Kids are looking at the live seafood very fascinated... People at the bar enjoying cocktails, the piano player is singing romantic Italian songs... The place is happening, the food smells good, there are paparazzi hanging out outside... We get are table soon, the tuna tartare is yummy... the salmon carpaccio delightful... The seared tuna fresh and full of flavor... This is the Italian food paradise... The service is good the prices are right. \r Rachel Hunter, Antonio Sabato Jr and other beautiful people dining next to us and singing ... Great evening! Go and check them out! If you're looking for a great Italian meal, look no further. Prego not only has amazing, traditional Italian fare (antipasti, pasta, pizza, seafood, desserts, etc.), but the location is also perfect. Spacious and accommodating, it also has an intimate feel making it ideal for a romantic dinner for two or even a party of 10. \r \r Dining with a friend, it was easy to talk and listen to each other even with large groups around us, which we both appreciated. Totally recommend the seafood fettuccini and the Bolognese pasta ? both wonderful! Oh and also, really great service too! We never had to wait on anything all night!\r \r Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, the restaurant is upscale, but without the pretentious feel of so many other area eateries. best Italian food 5/1/2008

I went to Prego for dinner last night, the place has been renovated, the food is very very good, they have salads, pasta, steaks... you name it they have it. The tank with the live lobster was very unusual! The prices are good for Beverly Hills. The service was good, it seams like everyone really cared of making us feel good and go back! And we will! Best Pizza! Best LIVE AUSTRALIAN LOBSTER!!! Best Italian food! 5/1/2008

I went today for lunch with my girlfriend and it was OUTSTANDING!!! The place look nice, there are tanks with LIVE LOBSTERS, CRABS, CLAMS... In addittion to the most yummy thin crust pizza!!! Salad are great too... WOW! We will go back for sure!!! more

I have been going there FOREVER!!! It was closed for a few weeks...It is open AGAIN!! Great place! Better food and service then before!!! A lot of live seafood!!!I love it!!! I went back ...Paris Hilton was sitting at the table next to us Tuesday ! That is pretty cool!!! more

Great Food 5/24/2007

This place is nice and quiet. I visited on a Saturday afternoon. The service was prompt, and the servers are helpful with the food selections. Love the risotto, they give a lot!! I would say it's a nice place to go with family and/or friends where it's not so loud. Pros: The Food more

Great Pizza at this place in Beverly Hills. My wife and I really enjoy everytime we go there. The waiters are very nice and very very Italian, so be prepared! The espresso is very very good here too! Pros: Service, Pizza, Coffee more

Not Just Another Italian Chain 2/10/2005

I was pleasantly suprised by the quality of the food served at Prego. My pasta was delicious, as was my friend's lasagna. The bread sticks are also great. Our waiter was responsive and overall we had a great dining experience. I will definitely be going back. Pros: great food, service more

Ugh 6/4/2003

After being ignored for the entire first part of the evening, the waiter finally brought the bottle of win requested but failed to mention it was a different year than request. When a different bottle was requested, again the wrong year was brought out without the waiter noting this change (I guess they hope people simply won't notice). The food was not good either, only s slight step above the unedible (literally, my guest and I walked out) food served at their location in the Howard Hughes center. Cons: Deceptive practices, Poor food, Poor service more
