This place is so f###ed-up believe what people are saying, food and drinks are screwed up. The people are russians that need to get deported, I would love to see some Blackwater Soldiers go in there and whip the manager's ass right back to Siberia. If you are staying in that freaking area eat at Newport Beachside and stay the hell out of this place. Don't even think you are going to go there and see russian model type girls, they are all miserable and can't hold a conversation... totally staged ""look"". more

tonight i went to eat some chicken wings and after I'm done i went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there is not soap, I ask the bartender if she can give me a little bit of soap from the kitchen or from somewhere and she went to talk to the owner that was siting in a table with one of the young waiter in he's lap and she told hem that i need soap to wash my hands and he replay there is no soap available without even looking at me, when i ask hem why he don't have soap in he's bathroom he star screaming with a russian accent on me in front all the customers and he told me to leave he's place and never come back! I swear to GOD!!! can you guys believe this is happening in USA? because I can't! more

Very much the worst service I ever experienced. The manager acts like the pimp for the females that work there. Don't ever complaint about anything regardless of what it is. The manager will just yell at you, tell you to leave and never come back. The same thing will happen to you if you don't tip 20% for possibly the worst service you will ever experience. This might sound like I'm exaggerating but trust me, I'm not. more

I was having dinner with my friend and we ordered a quesadilla. It came with no lettuce so we asked for a side of lettuce. They told is it didn't come with lettuce so we said we ll pay for a side of lettuce. The waitress told us that we were not allowed to do so. We asked to speak to the manager and she came back saying he didn't want to talk to us. When I insisted to talk to him he finally came up and told the waitress to give us the check. He didn't even talk to us. When I asked him what was going on he automatcally called the police on us. They came and told us that next we ll go to jail for trespassing. Wtf?? What is his problem?? He had the cop give us a trespassing warrant for some lettuce. The manager is crazy and impulsive. Do not go there. By any mean, no customer service at all. more

I wasn't that impressed. All of the people that work there are Russian and it was hard to make the girl understand. I think that is why people complain about the service. Alot of the customers were Russian too. It probably is overpriced a beer was 4.50 not including a tip and the food was typical not so good bar food. I probably won't go back. I just went for the bar and it wasn't my kind of crowd. more

I Have eaten there about 5 times because it is the closest restaurant where i live and is a beautiful atmosphere because it right on ocean drive and has candles inside BUT, the place is kinda a joke. Food is over priced as well as are the drinks. One glass of Champagne for my girl $22. WTF!, and not on the menu!!! SERVICE IS AVERAGE AT BEST, AND WITH AN ATTITUDE.! We had a family dinner, we came to Porterhouse on Collins Avenue & 170 Street in Sunny Isles Beach at around 8 and we were about to leave around 10.15 when nervous manager came to our table and demand that we leave because kids are not allowed after 10. We had no idea about this rule before. We were stunned and speachless. Pros: no pros!!! Cons: Kids not friendly 100%. Try to avoid!!!! more

Well, our waitress wasn't too bad, pretty slow and unattentive, forgot to order our drinks which took about 30 minutes to get, but she was the best part of the experience. Seriously though, how can a bartender mess up a grey goose and tonic? It tasted like rocket fuel. After an hour and a half with no main course, we finally asked the manager to bring us the check so we could go eat somewhere else, I thought it was strange that he didn't question why but after reading the other reviews on here, I guess he is used to it. So the check and the main course showed up at the same time, we sent it back and left! Pros: Looks nice from the street Cons: Too many to list more

I really like this place for best chicken wings! The service sometimes is kinda slow, but when we are going to restraunt we are not in hurry! Upon our arrival, the hostess informed us that we could seat ourselves and was not very personable. The table we sat at was ditry as were all of the plates and silverware, not to mention the plates and silverware at other tables as we tried to obtain clean utensils to dine. The waitress was not friendly and was slow to bring our drinks. The appetizer we ordered was a lobster and shrimp dip which was supposed to come with our choice of flatbread or chips but automatically came with flavorless bagged tortilla chips. The dip itself was not warm and contained mostly imitation crabmeat and no lobster that I saw. The salads to start the meal were fair but came well after our appetizer. The waitress was not shy about not bringing my dining partner another water and had yet to clear the rather large stack of dishes that rested on our table. There were four waitstatff personnel working and a manager who looked at us with blank stares. The entrees came out ice cold and were a disaster. The lobster scampi was overseasoned and all ingredients contained were very overcooked. My dining partner took one bite and set it aside. My entree was almost like a philly cheesesteak where the meat seemed to be some sort of oversalted processed roast beef that had not been trimmed properly. Needless to say I did not eat but two bites and bit into an ice cold, undercooked french fry and say we had finished. The waitress did not offer any sort of discount and the manager played dumb. We payed our bill in full and left the waitress nothing due to the horrific service. Both of us being in the service industry are good tippers and personnally this is my first time not leaving anything. Upon calling the restaurant and speaking with the so called manager to inform him of our worst dining experience ever he said nothing other than "I sorry." The call was made in attempt to help them solve the problem so other diners wouldn't leave with such a bad taste in their mouth. I would urge any vacationer to steer past this place because there is so much more in the area than this restaurant that is poorly run from the top down. more

I went to this place with 5 friends. First off the resturant was very very dark. That is always a very bad sign when you cant even see the menu without a cell phone. Our waitress took all of our drink orders and then brought them back. She then informed us of the drink special, 3 for 1 which didnt include the drinks we ordered. It would have been nice to know that up front. Service was miserable, our server disapeared and never came back for about 10 minutes. Pros: Hot chicks work there. Cons: The rest of the place. more

TRULY DESPICABLE! I just left there - and this review is no exaggeration! 2 friends & I (all women) went there to have a cocktail and dinner. We asked for seperate checks and were told they could not do that. We accepted, but said we were paying with 3 seperate credit cards. At that point, we browsed the menu and one of my friends started discussing the reviews of this establishment she had recently read online. This place is absolutely disgraceful. The service is as slow as humanly possible - they'd do better to hire slugs as servers. Slugs, however, would not fit with what appears to be the typical Miami business model: Dazzle 'em at first glance with a beautiful staff, then disappoint 'em with insultingly poor service. ""How bad could it be,"" you ask? ""It's not a difficult job,"" you say? The other reviews here are no exaggeration - the service here is remarkably bad. The staff, including the management, is 100% incompetent. They don't seem to care at all about their customers. I've given this place three chances and they are 0 for 3. Most recently, I waited 45 minutes for wings (requires no prep and very little cooking time). When I finally got the wings, they looked and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a half hour (the celery was the same temp as the wings). I waited almost as long for a beer which required the very complex process of finding a glass and pulling a tap. The food is mediocre at best (dry pork chops, tough steaks, boring salads). The menu is forgettable. The beer selection could be a lot larger. It saddens me that this is the only ""bar"" on this side of the causeway. Whether you live here or just visit, please do not reinforce the type of business that is practiced by this awful place. Try anywhere else first. Pros: Location Cons: Everything else more
