Plumes Coffee House

Having given Plume's a chance on more than one occasion, I must say the only thing consistent is the lack of consistency in service, ownership, cleanliness and professionalism. The owner sits on his rear, swearing and laughing while his young staff works in an unsafe environment that Cal Osha would be appalled with. The drinks are made differently by each employee which means one day your latte might have foam the next day nada. I have owned two coffee houses in Sonoma County and went to work for the owner of Plume's for two days. Never was I told my wage or my hours. When I decided to stop ""volunteering"" until he would sit with me, he never compensated me for those two days. To this day I am fighting for that pay. The posters may be cool, but Plume's isn't. more

The girl working the morning shift was nasty and rude.The guy working the afternoon shift was nice but he made the worst latte ever. I gave them two chances but I will not try it a third time. I can't wait for Starbucks to go in down the street. more

Plumes is one of those great places to go if you are a local wanting to get their daily cafine fix, or if you are just visiting from out of town. Friendly staff, good coffee and lots of choices. Try the made to order drip or just get a Steve's Quick Brew to go. more

i read the commet's because that tells alot about the plac.because i wanted to buy some quiche for my mom but when i read the feed back about this place it made my nose wrinlke.if the owner is rude like this i don't want to go there. i feel he is not a kind person. so that tells me he don't love his work.and i bet the quiche is sour over there just like him.and i hope he reads his feed back about his place and change his way's because no one will go there and he will not make money.because for sure he lost my money. and i have not gone there. so guy change your ways!!!!!!!! This place has ok coffee. The food is good. Everything is slightly over priced.The customer service is horrible! After reading reviews about the owner maybe its because they hate their boss. But seriously, there are coffee shops everywhere. Customer service is what will make people choose one over another. This place is not recommended for ""non regulars"". The owner will watch to see what you buy and how much time you spend in his establishment. If you do not meet his requirements you will be asked to leave. Rude owner and bad coffee. Go to Osio around the corner for friendly staff and good coffee. more
